The ZERO Cancellation service is applicable only to selected flights booked on www.365airlinehelp.com. The Fee collected for availing the cancellation service will be non-refundable. Customers will be eligible for a complete waiver for selected flights only if they cancel their ticket at least 24 hours prior to departure. However, in the event of cancellation, normal cancellation penalties will be charged, and no waiver will be given.

In case of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, 365airlinehelp.com reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. In such cases, 365airlinehelp.com shall not refund the booking amount. Customers who are travel agents by profession are prohibited from making bookings for their customers, and 365airlinehelp.com reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
